Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support received from EquipmentShare.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and skills.
  • Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
