Job Overview

Eco-Life Employment Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete shift reports/logs, including deliveries, supply requests, guests log, incident reports, inventory, and maintenance requests.
  • Work collaboratively with property staff, families, and community agencies to identify and address resident problems.
  • Attend all staff meetings, training sessions, and other required meetings and conferences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clear communication skills
  • Basic familiarity with technology
  • Ability to document shifts (read and write)
  • Maturity to extend support to residents while maintaining clear boundaries.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
