Job Title: Technical Document Controller - Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Document Controller to join our manufacturing team at Foxconn Corporation. This role will be responsible for maintaining and implementing all ECOs, BOMs, and other customer and internal requests.

In this position, you will work closely with internal and external customers to coordinate ECOs and ECNs, generate weekly reports, maintain SAP Master Data, assign Doc Control Numbers, and load documentation into Agile for review and release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ECOs and ECNs with internal and external customers
  • Generate and send weekly customer ECO, Deviation, and FAI reports
  • Maintain SAP Master Data, including Routing, MRP controller, Buyer Code, Material Group 3, and MRP Type
  • Assign Doc Control Numbers for site-level ISO documentation and load it into Agile for review and release
  • Maintain site-level ISO documentation for current Revision and old or obsolete revisions
  • Maintain external documents for review, approval, and release
Requirements:
  • High School degree required with minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Must be very detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year.
