Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Bigbelly Solar, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our innovative waste management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, needs analysis, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with a background in waste management or a related industry, is a plus.
