Job Description

At Western Digital, we're seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key partner to some of the world's largest organizations, we're fueling a brighter, smarter future. In this exciting new role, you'll be responsible for gathering requirements and designing, configuring, and supporting solutions within the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and configure new functionality to support existing users' ongoing adoption of SFDC.
Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business and technical solutions on Salesforce using Agile processes, principles, and techniques.
Triage support and development tickets, ensuring they are properly documented.
Provide metrics, data analytics, and data visualizations to inform critical business decisions.
Help build and support custom applications and 3rd party integrations with Salesforce.
Create and maintain all aspects of customer relationship management (CRM) reporting and dashboards.
Deploy approved changes to production.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related field from an accredited college or university.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and knowledge of pricing tools integrated with Salesforce.
