About The Role
The RealReal is seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join its team. As a key member of the Sales Operations Team, this individual will be responsible for building and delivering product knowledge and technical-based skill content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, debug, and maintain enterprise scale software applications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to help execute a broad range of projects
  • Work with stakeholders and product management and tech leads to understand needs and identify solutions
  • Effectively leverage Salesforce configuration to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor and identify insights
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years Salesforce.com administration and coding experience
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
  • Design and build complex technical Cloud CRM solutions
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on mobile UI and UX
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working in a customized Salesforce environment with at least 500+ users
  • Experience with LeanData, SUMO, Zoom, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sites, Interaction Studio, Google BigQ, Looker, Zapier, and Pardot
