Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as Process Automation, Security Configuration, and Data Model creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and configure new functionality to support existing users' ongoing adoption of Salesforce.
  • Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business and technical solutions on Salesforce using Agile processes, principles, and techniques.
  • Triage support and development tickets, ensuring they are properly documented.
  • Provide metrics, data analytics, and data visualizations to inform critical business decisions.
  • Help build and support custom applications and 3rd-party integrations with Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain all aspects of customer relationship management (CRM) reporting and dashboards.
  • Deploy approved changes to production.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the overall Salesforce application architecture, release processes, data models, and sources, and integrated applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
  • PREFERRED: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist.
