Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Vice President plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing a high-performing sales team within a designated territory, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This position involves crafting and implementing a strategic plan aimed at consistently meeting quotas, effectively managing referral relationships, attracting talent, and expanding the operational area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate Paycor's sales vision, business strategies, and organizational updates to the sales team, ensuring alignment at all levels within the region.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan to consistently meet quotas, leveraging referral sources, identifying key prospects, managing staffing requirements, and broadening the operational area.
  • Foster partnerships with channel partners to secure business referrals.
  • Implement marketing strategies to cultivate local referenceable clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Recruit, interview, and select top talent to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee the performance and professional growth of sales executives and leaders.
  • Supervise the creation and execution of individual and regional business plans.
  • Ensure alignment of the sales team with Paycor's sales processes, practices, and policies.
  • Analyze sales activities and outcomes to guide performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Represent Paycor within the community to strengthen business relationships and elevate brand awareness.
  • Uphold ethical business practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficient in managing and analyzing all aspects related to sales activities and processes to ensure goal achievement.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to exceed assigned quotas.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent, including both individual contributors and sales leaders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

We also provide competitive compensation based on individual experience, skills, and education. The anticipated base pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, with additional commission eligibility.
