Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of high-performing sales executives who consistently exceed their sales targets.
  • Mentor and coach sales managers and representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and enablement programs to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to support go-to-market strategies and drive business results.
  • Lead performance reviews and implement coaching plans to ensure direct reports are meeting their sales targets and developing their skills.
  • Forecast sales revenue and ensure accurate forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education technology industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling successful sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business results.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intermediate level or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with UKG.
  • Experience leading sales managers.
