About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Main Line Health. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the orchestration of workflow, deliverables, priorities, and projects implemented in the Digital Experience Group (DEG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and prioritization across content and development teams, as well as intake from key stakeholders in Marketing and other areas of the organization.
  • Analytics and Data Analysis: Produce insightful analysis on engagement data and metrics, and implement and maintain Project Management and Agile best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and execute a communications plan to keep stakeholders, staff members, and executives informed of project progress, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Technical Development: Understand marketing and web data and analytics, and support the development of dashboards and readouts.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead teams towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation processes, enhance productivity, and reduce time-to-market.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of recent healthcare/information systems experience, and 3 years of recent project management experience.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (preferred).
