Job Title: Marketing Manager B2B

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager B2B to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that support our educational strategic objectives across marketing channels for the enterprise segment of the business and related spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-tactical partner marketing plans, requiring coordination with Sales leads and partner marketing teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing plans that span B2C and B2B to meet customer and new target account acquisition targets.
  • Lead market research on industry trade shows and conferences, as well as vertical-specific events, and manage the events calendar and oversee event coordination.
  • Conduct client, prospect, and market data analysis to support current and developing hypotheses related to target audiences and advise on action items for the business.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving B2B industry trends and technologies that support the brand vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to successfully execute projects with defined timelines.
  • Provide sales enablement support to the Enterprise Sales team from ideation to production by project managing incoming requests and proactive integrated marketing efforts.

  • Have a proven track record of agency management.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1+ years of project and/or vendor/agency management experience required.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience required.
  • Proficiency in MarTech stack technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitefinity required.
