Job Overview

Cornelis Networks, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's technical compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly with respect to product EMC, Safety, and Ecology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and plans to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory updates, changes, and trends to ensure the company remains compliant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and compliance.
  • Lead and participate in compliance-related projects, including product EMC and Safety compliance and regulatory activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand compliance requirements and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, project management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management methodology and best practices, including PMBOK and Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to collaborate and lead where necessary.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Sound business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Prior experience in hardware and/or software development.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience with JIRA or other bug tracking software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar schedule tracking tools.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas.
Location

This position is hybrid (on-site with some remote work possible) at the headquarters in the Chesterbrook Corporate Center in Wayne, PA. The successful candidate resides within commuting distance. The successful candidate resides regionally nearby: PA, NJ, MD, DE. This role requires support for the East Coast time-zone. No relocation assistance available.
