Job Summary

Hobart Service is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and scheduling service calls to our technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule service calls to our technicians and provide them with necessary information.
  • Maintain follow-up systems for parts ordered by our technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform clerical functions, such as tracking consignment, assisting walk-in customers, and shipping/receiving.
  • Train or cross-train other employees as requested.
  • Follow up on completed service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promote service contracts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of similar or related experience with high volume dispatching.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
