Clubhouse Manager

Plantation Golf and Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our private club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the Club's food and beverage operations, including member dining, events, and activities.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality products.
- Implement and monitor department budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to meet revenue goals and maximize profits.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, adhering to sanitation and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational and financial goals.
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Experience with payroll cost controls, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Northstar or similar club POS systems.
