Your Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Project Management; relevant education or certifications may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • 3-7 years in a client-facing capacity akin to project management or customer service.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and compassionate client engagement.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented, and a collaborative team member.
  • Proficiency in a language other than English is advantageous.

Your Impact:

  • Independently oversee assigned cases.
  • Establish and manage expectations for customers and clients.
  • Resolve intricate issues for stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate services and support to clients.
  • Deliver professional customer service and expert guidance to clients and victims of cyber incidents, breaches, and fraud.
  • Engage in project planning, oversight, and reporting.
  • Assess and analyze information to determine incident severity.
  • Serve as a liaison for customers, clients, and internal specialists.
  • Stay informed about data breach regulations.

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this role is $51,000 - $81,000. Actual compensation will reflect factors such as education, experience, job responsibilities, and market conditions.
