About the Role

This part-time or temporary non-benefited position provides support for the Aquatic Programs at the NDSU Wellness Center. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons using the aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain continuous surveillance of members in the aquatic facility
  • Ensure appropriate headcount at all times for capacity policies
  • Provide safety information to members and enforce safe water participation policies
  • Spot hazards and perform rescues
