  • Contribute to the development of proposals and pitches, showcasing our expertise and value proposition
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of commercial experience in staffing and recruitment or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of success in closing sales and driving business growth
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a strong desire to lead and develop others
  • High energy, determination, and resilience, with a strong desire to be a top performer
