Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading strategic client relationships at Metadata. This position requires a deep understanding of client businesses and industry trends to lead a consultative sales process from discovery to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run consultative sales processes from discovery to close.
  • Generate 4+ self-sourced opportunities per month.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to generate opportunities within assigned account lists.
  • Prepare for and lead tailored demos with sales engineering for prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Services Teams (CSMs) during pre-sale to develop strategic plans for new customers.
  • Develop compelling business cases for Metadata based on customer business objectives, needs, and risks.
  • Communicate effectively with marketing executives using phone, email, and social tools.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, individual forecasts, and updated CRM notes.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals.
  • Occasional travel to meet with customers, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota.
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling MarTech/AdTech.
  • Experience selling an ACV of $60k - $100k+.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of B2B advertising, especially paid social.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
