Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, metal, or composites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct and assemble structures and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment
  • Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cuts and assembly
  • Assemble and install materials, including wood, metal, and composite materials
  • Construct forms and chutes for placing concrete
  • Erect, climb, and work on scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above the ground level at heights up to 100 feet or below ground level at depths down to 50 feet
  • Assist in other operations as designated by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to move throughout a construction jobsite, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Working Conditions

The work environment/physical demands characteristics described here are representative of those the employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; and high and/or precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
