Our services include refreshment solutions in workplaces through breakrooms, cafeterias, vending machines, and self-service markets.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will manage incoming calls and emails, executing customer service tasks that guarantee clients receive the necessary information and support, ensuring their satisfaction with Accent and our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to billing, product issues, service queries, and general concerns.
  • De-escalate challenging situations with dissatisfied customers, providing calm and effective support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with every caller.
  • Update customer records in the service database during and after each interaction.
  • Contribute to the company’s success by resolving issues and transforming frustrated clients into loyal customers.
  • Review surveillance footage as needed for loss prevention purposes.
  • Prepare and submit reports for customer refunds or third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance policies, departmental metrics, and established procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of relevant customer service experience, ideally in a distribution environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Demonstrated urgency and problem-solving skills, along with a strong commitment to customer service.
