Job Title: Client Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Intake Specialist to join our team at The Matian Firm, APC. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a critical role in screening leads, obtaining case details, and determining whether a case should be retained or not.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen telephone calls and schedule attorney-client consultations
  • Persistently monitor potential new client inquiries and establish relationships with clients
  • Update logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of potential new clients
  • Conduct potential new client interviews with empathy and compassion
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients and take accurate notes during initial consultations
  • Collaborate with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process and assist with administrative tasks related to opening new cases
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with customer service experience a major plus
  • Immigration experience required
  • Strong background in performance-based metrics and case management software experience a plus
  • Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise, with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines
