- Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Expense Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate expense reporting to ensure reimbursement.
- Business Development Experience: A track record of business development and key account management experience.
- Sales Experience: A strong sales track record in driving revenue, achieving growth, and building strong customer relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the cannabis industry, regulations, market trends, and competition is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the state regularly, up to 50% of the time.
- Education and Experience: At least 2 years of professional sales experience, with at least 1 year in a B2B sales outside sales channel. Cannabis experience is preferred.
- Remote Work: Capable of working from remote locations within IL with periodic visits to cultivation facilities.
- Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel within the state, up to 50% of the time.
- Evening and Weekend Hours: Responsibilities may include evening and weekend hours, as job duties demand.
