Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their self-storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Provide excellent service to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure a positive experience.
    • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics to drive business growth.
    • Conduct regular property walks to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
    • Work independently and as part of a team to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, and manage the leasing process.
  • Property Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and safe storage facility, including daily walks, cleaning units and property, and opening/closing storage doors.
    • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as mopping, sweeping, and changing light bulbs.
    • Ensure the facility meets company guidelines for cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation.
