We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician (onsite) in our Phoenix, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address helpdesk inquiries related to hardware and software
• Assist personnel with everyday IT challenges
• Conduct IT Orientation for new employees
• Set up and configure laptops using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune
• Support various IT projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in IT or a related field preferred
• 3-6 years of relevant IT experience
• Ability to work independently as part of a distributed team
• CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred
