About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Howmet Aerospace. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and retention of hourly and salaried employees. Your responsibilities will include creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will also provide HRIS and HR system support, including new hire conversion and paid time off administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment and retention activities for hourly and salaried employees
  • Provide HRIS and HR system support, including new hire conversion and paid time off administration
  • Support teambuilding activities and employee communications
  • Coordinate with payroll for referral and signing bonus administration
  • Responsible for supporting HR projects, such as handbook and policy updates and development of a learning matrix
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1+ years of experience recruiting for a manufacturing or production workforce
  • 1+ years of experience with HR information systems and/or Oracle
