Job Summary: The Human Resources Specialist will be instrumental in overseeing payroll functions, talent acquisition, recruitment initiatives, and employee relations. This position will also encompass various administrative tasks, including documentation and clerical support. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a robust understanding of HR processes, and familiarity with Paycor.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Oversight:

  • Manage and supervise all payroll activities, ensuring timely and precise compensation.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and handle payroll-related inquiries effectively.
  • Experience with Paycor is essential.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Direct and oversee the complete recruitment process, from job advertisements to onboarding.
  • Formulate and execute successful recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and facilitate a seamless recruitment experience.

Employee Relations Management:

  • Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns.
  • Resolve employee relations challenges in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and organizational policies.

Administrative Support:

  • Conduct various administrative functions, including record maintenance and general office assistance.
  • Support additional HR and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Paycor or comparable HR/payroll systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
