Core Responsibilities:

Payroll Oversight:

  • Manage and supervise all payroll functions, ensuring timely and precise compensation.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Experience with Paycor is essential.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and facilitate a seamless recruitment experience.

Employee Relations Management:

  • Act as a primary contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and organizational policies.

Administrative Support:

  • Conduct various administrative tasks, including filing, record maintenance, and general office assistance.
  • Support additional HR and administrative functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, emphasizing payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Paycor or comparable HR/payroll software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
