Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled HR Service Center Representative to provide exceptional support to our employees and customers. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, issues, and work requests related to HR administration and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact support to employees and customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Manage inquiries, requests, and cases to closure, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Process HR transactions accurately and timely, including data input and verification of required documentation
  • Utilize knowledge base tools to provide consistent answers to customers
  • Educate employees on company practices and tools to encourage self-service
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and identify opportunities to improve service
  • Meet key performance measures, including first call resolution, average answer speed, and call quality
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred
  • Two years of customer service experience required; applicable HR experience a plus
  • Proficient in general word processing and spreadsheet skills, as well as HR systems and call center technology tools
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
