Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

B2 Constructors, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and client acquisition through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage business development budgets efficiently and provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating, project management, and marketing, to ensure alignment between client needs and company capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, owners, and owners' representatives to position B2 Constructors as a trusted partner in the commercial construction space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead presentations and meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
