Job Summary:

The Software Engineer will be a core member of the Aero Interoperability Framework (IOF) team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. This individual will participate in a fast-paced, full lifecycle development as part of a scrum team utilizing emerging digital technologies and agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Aero applications and evaluate technologies to explore solutions.
  • Organize stakeholders and keep a pulse on new and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
  • Identify and apply automation to digitally transform Aeronautics.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, management, team leads, and team members to coordinate work assignments, report on progress, and identify risks & opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of development experience with application integration and configuration, including modern integration techniques.
  • 35 years of experience with API lifecycle management.
  • 35 years of programming experience in JAVA, .NET, Python, JSON, XML, SQL, and RESTful web services.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with middleware such as Fuse, Quarkus, AMQ, and eQubeMI.
  • Experience with Teamcenter/PLM/3DX.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
  • Formal certification or experience with digital or emerging technologies.
