About the Role
The Human Resources Consultant plays a vital role that integrates leadership, a dedication to exceptional customer service, collaboration, integrity, inclusion, and innovation to enhance the performance of the HR team. In this capacity, you will motivate and guide your team to deliver superior HR advisory services to the college, collaborating closely with managers and senior personnel to provide expert advice on HR-related issues. You will also ensure compliance with employment regulations while fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace that reflects our core values.

To excel in this position, you should possess extensive leadership experience, a commitment to delivering high-quality professional services, and a proven ability to navigate and operate within regulatory frameworks to meet organizational objectives.
