Key Responsibilities- Assist the Financial Advisor with marketing initiatives, including event planning, social media management, and content creation.
- Coordinate internal referral programs, client communications, and digital promotions.
- Conduct research, prepare client reviews, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Develop and implement internal training tools for Branches and Departments.
- Represent OFS Financial and OlyFed at community outreach events, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in the financial industry preferred.
- Series 6 or 7 and 65 or 66 certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to learn new software.
