About the Role

Olympia Federal Savings is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our financial services and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Financial Advisor with marketing initiatives, including event planning, social media management, and content creation.
  • Coordinate internal referral programs, client communications, and digital promotions.
  • Conduct research, prepare client reviews, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Develop and implement internal training tools for Branches and Departments.
  • Represent OFS Financial and OlyFed at community outreach events, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Series 6 or 7 and 65 or 66 certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to learn new software.
