Job Overview

Sherman Outdoor Services (SOS) is a premier provider of landscaping and outdoor solutions, dedicated to enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor environments.

With over five years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and consistently surpassing our clients' expectations.

This position is initially part-time, approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential to increase to around 30 hours per week within a short timeframe.


Position Summary:

This role is remote, but candidates must be available for monthly meetings.

As a Client Support Specialist at SOS, you will be integral to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clientele. We are looking for a driven and personable individual who excels in a dynamic environment.

You will serve as the primary contact for our clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide comprehensive and precise information regarding our services, packages, and pricing to both potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinate appointments and service requests with our team of landscaping professionals.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and updates.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a service-oriented sector.
  • Willingness to make outbound calls to customers, essential for maintaining a strong brand presence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and skills to de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in customer service and scheduling software.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
