Cybba is a full-service advertising and marketing company that creates powerful solutions for brands looking to grow. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify quality opportunities through high-volume prospecting and creative outbound methods
- Deliver Cybba's value proposition to new prospects and effectively manage and overcome objections
- Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or relevant experience
- Motivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
- Excellent listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
