About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative at Cyvl located in Greater Boston. Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable researching prospective customers and finding creative ways to engage them.

You'll be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication with potential clients, sales activities, and business development tasks.

Responsibilities

Prospecting:

Identify and research potential customers using various tools and techniques.

Qualifying Leads:

Assess the needs and fit of potential customers to determine their suitability for our products or services.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Cold Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and schedule appointments.

Email Campaigns:

Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.

Customer Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Enjoys Cold Calling and is good on the phone

1+ years of sales/business development experience, specifically with inside sales and lead generation

Ability to consistently use a CRM (we use HubSpot)

Strong communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Knowledge of civil infrastructure or related industry is a plus

Compensation

$50,000 - $100,000 a year

Actual salary will depend on years of experience.
