Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and Reception Duties: Answer and direct calls, take complete messages, and communicate information to the intended recipient.
  • Guest Services: Greet residents, visitors, and employees, answer inquiries, and provide directions.
  • Administrative Support: Collate brochures, prepare meal tickets, and update resident phone lists and rosters.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule appointments for residents and family members, including hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
  • Mail and Package Distribution: Organize and distribute mail to residents, executive directors, and department coordinators.
  • Resident Forms and Credits: Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
