Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach Liaison to join our Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach team. This role reports to the Market Director, Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze service line volumes, utilization, market share, competitor data, and physician referral patterns for assigned lines of business.
  • Develop strategic business development plans to support the company's strategic vision and goals.
  • Travel to hospitals and facilities to provide education and build relationships with community hospitals, clinics, and referring providers.
  • Ensure providers in primary and secondary service areas are informed of and educated about Ardent hospital and medical group providers and services.
  • Communicate closely with hospital market, facility, and medical group leadership to review market knowledge and implementation of PPRO goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach activities and hospital financial goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant work experience.
  • 2 years of previous hospital or healthcare experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous hospital and healthcare experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and tracking results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
