Job Summary

Porch Light Health is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and patient referrals to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship building, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for managing and documenting local and targeted areas to increase patient referrals and revenue, working closely with our Director of Community Engagement & Development, Medical Operations, Customer Service, and Administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a contact/referral database network in assigned territory
  • Coordinate with Business Development Manager to develop long-term referent relationships
  • Monitor and evaluate competition in the territory and identify opportunities for preferred partnerships
  • Build meaningful connections with organizations and individuals to drive interest in our services
  • Act as liaison between referents and our admissions and clinical staff
  • Maintain active contacts to drive interest in our services and new patient referrals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Direct sales experience, preferably in the SUD healthcare industry
  • Experience in working within a multi-channel marketing team to drive business growth
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive revenue and patient referrals/partnerships
