This role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping an organization and an industry that's evolving fast to the future. As a Senior Manager, you will provide security oversight to our F135 International Security Team of security professionals, ensuring compliance with international program security requirements.

You will work closely with F-35 Partner and FMS locations to develop and sustain compliant security programs with international security teams. Your security and program-specific knowledge will enable you to effectively counsel and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This role requires a strong background in security industry, government, or military experience, with a B.A./B.S. Degree required. Advanced degree holders with 7 years of experience may also be considered. A U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance are essential.

The selected candidate will be assigned to our Government Security Compliance (GSC) team and report directly to the Associate Director, F135 Security. What You Will Learn

  • Develop and implement security standard operating procedures
  • Provide guidance and coordination for all requirements outlined in the USG-approved Technology Control plan
  • Work closely with F-35 Partner and FMS locations to develop and sustain compliant security programs with international security teams
  • Apply security and program-specific knowledge to effectively counsel and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Oversee a team conducting security inspections with multiple USG organizations and foreign governments, fostering continuous improvement in the security program

Qualifications You Must Have

  • B.A./B.S. Degree required
  • 10 years of Security industry, government or military experience, or 7 years of security industry, government or military experience with an advanced degree
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

  • Competitive salary range: $118,000 - $246,000 per year
