Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Global Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong commercial and technical relationships with global customers
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to develop and implement strategies to maintain current business and secure incremental business
• Utilize a robust sales process, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making and strategy
• Conduct regular analysis and reporting to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives
• Engage in regular international travel to meet with global customers and regional sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of sales experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience and relationships within the electronics industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in building commercial and technical relationships
• Proficient in utilizing sales processes, data analytics, and performance metrics

Wage Disclosure:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000 annually, reflecting the minimum and maximum of the range. The actual salary will vary based on factors including prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, and internal equity. Other components of the total rewards package include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
