Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization, direction, supervision, and coordination of construction activities on a project site. This role will ensure timely and efficient execution of fieldwork, while maintaining compliance with design specifications, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Direct and coordinate field activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, safety records, and quality control reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in construction and project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of construction technologies, engineering disciplines, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.

Work Environment:

The Construction Project Manager will work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to weather conditions, uneven terrain, and physical demands. The role requires the ability to lift, carry, and grip objects, as well as constant use of sight and speech abilities. The position also requires the ability to work under deadlines and maintain a high level of mental alertness.
