Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Construction Project Manager role at Paul Risk Construction on jobsite location in King of Prussia, PA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management tasks on a daily basis. The Project Manager will be part of an integral team to deliver an 104-Unit Multi-story building consisting of poured concrete basement, structural steel, precast plank, and metal stud framing.


Qualifications

  • 10 Years of Commercial Construction Project Management Experience
  • Experienced with the following programs: Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
  • Leader amongst the construction team to ensure project delivery for our clients
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Make It Happen - Communicate and continue to push projects and tasks forward rather than waiting for others to respond
  • Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
