Position Overview: The Construction Project Supervisor is tasked with securing, overseeing, and delivering construction services that are of superior quality, financially viable, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various facets of a multidisciplinary project and the ability to integrate each component for effective marketing strategies followed by successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrates a clear understanding of project-related technical terminology and fundamentals.
  • Team Collaboration: Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills, engaging with clients, partners, and contractors to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Develops and manages project schedules that align client expectations with internal capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of technical outputs.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepares comprehensive scopes of work and fee structures that promote financial success, while actively monitoring project financials and making necessary adjustments.
  • Business Development: Engages in business development initiatives by networking with clients and partners, identifying potential leads, and collaborating on proposals to secure new projects.
  • Client Relations: Maintains frequent communication with clients and partners during meetings and events, serving as a representative of the company to foster client loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, or equivalent are required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements: The role involves regular sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
