Position Summary:
The Lead Project Strategist is accountable for independently securing, overseeing, and delivering large-scale, intricate projects that ensure high quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role demands a comprehensive technical background across various disciplines, exceptional communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to quickly grasp complex technical information to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, candidates must effectively perform the following duties:
  1. Technical Expertise: Exhibit advanced technical judgment and guide the project team towards optimal technical solutions. Provide senior-level reviews of technical documents and mentor junior project managers on technical issues.
  2. Team Collaboration: Demonstrate outstanding communication and teamwork skills. Take responsibility for both personal and team outcomes while proactively mentoring others.
  3. Project Management: Develop and strategize project schedules for large, complex initiatives. Exhibit exceptional leadership to ensure timely project delivery and mentor others in achieving the same.
  4. Scope and Budget Management: Lead the creation of scope and fee breakdowns that drive financial success and client satisfaction. Monitor project metrics and take necessary actions to maintain project integrity.
  5. Business Development: Focus marketing efforts on securing significant and complex projects. Engage with clients and partners to identify and pursue new opportunities, ensuring the firm is well-positioned to win projects.
  6. Client Engagement: Maintain frequent communication with clients and partners during meetings and events. Act as a company ambassador to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
May include overseeing team operations, organizing workflows, recruiting, and providing training opportunities for staff. Communicate effectively between leadership and team members, monitor productivity, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 20 years of experience, including 15 years in project management. Relevant certifications such as PE, PMP, or CCM are required.

Physical Demands:
