Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during their designated shift.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
  • Participate in quality assessment initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
  • Support engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve staff morale.
  • Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
