Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Respond to Code Blue situations within the facility and initiate protocols as needed
  • Manage patient flow efficiently, including screening, preparation for exams, and arranging or testing admissions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited nursing program
  • AHA or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
  • At least two years of full-time equivalent acute care RN experience in designated area
