Coordinating Clinical Nurse for Post Surgical Care

Trident Medical Center is seeking a talented and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Post Surgery department.
As a CNC, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care, coordinating all functions in the unit during your shift, and collaborating with management to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in line with established policies.
You will engage in ongoing assessments of patient care quality, collaborate with experts to create a cohesive team environment, uphold a patient-first approach, and practice effective service recovery when needed.
Key responsibilities will include facilitating smooth admission and discharge processes, managing staff scheduling according to patient care requirements and productivity standards, and assisting in maintaining proper inventory control of supplies and equipment.
To be successful in this role, you must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment, have Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, be a registered nurse in the state of South Carolina, have a minimum of one year of RN experience, and hold an Associate Degree in Nursing.
The estimated salary for this position is $92,500 per year, based on industry standards for a CNC in the post-surgery department in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina.
