Job Summary

ASM Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team at The Lyric Theater. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to security and safety calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Patrol the facilities and parking lots, searching guest bags and preventing prohibited items from entering the facility.
  • Investigate incidents and screen guests using metal detectors, wands, and pat-down procedures.
  • Interact with guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to all legal and ethical instructions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to maintain good business relations with all departments and staff.
  • Ability to communicate positively with patrons while relaying information.
  • Ability to remain cooperative and approachable with guests and staff.
  • Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without losing composure.
  • Ability to exhibit maturity by making sound judgments.
  • Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.
  • Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.
  • Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Understanding of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without losing efficiency or composure.
