Position Overview

ROOST Baltimore is redefining the hospitality experience with our innovative luxury accommodations. We provide an environment where guests can enjoy a meticulously crafted atmosphere, foster meaningful connections, and explore a variety of enriching experiences during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational activities for the commencement and conclusion of business hours.
  • Manage processes related to guest arrivals, departures, and extended stays.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping to maintain quality assurance and uphold ROOST standards.
  • Generate and distribute invoices, audit reservations, and ensure all guest requests are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts receivable aging and perform general billing tasks.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Supervise and train front desk personnel on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Contribute to the innovation, refinement, and implementation of current and future standard operating procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
