Position Overview

ROOST Baltimore is redefining the luxury hospitality experience. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for the front desk, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, and extended stays with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices, audit reservations, and ensure all guest requests are documented and fulfilled.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and perform general billing tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working well with colleagues and guests.
  • Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) to engage with guests and team members.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
